1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your use of our website located at www.hokisvaz.com and our debt management and credit awareness training services (collectively referred to as the "Service") operated by Hokisvaz.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Training Services

Hokisvaz provides debt management and credit awareness training services to individuals and organizations. Our training programs include, but are not limited to, workshops, seminars, webinars, one-on-one consultations, and educational materials.

All training materials, including presentations, worksheets, and educational content, are the intellectual property of Hokisvaz and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of these materials is strictly prohibited.

3. Registration and Booking

Some parts of the Service require registration or booking. When you register for our services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form.

Booking confirmations are subject to availability. Hokisvaz reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without prior notice.

Participants under 18 years of age must have parental or guardian consent to attend our training programs.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for our services must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website or during the booking process.

All fees are non-refundable except in cases where Hokisvaz cancels the service or as otherwise specified in our cancellation policy.

Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without notice at any time.

5. Cancellation Policy

For individual training sessions, cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled time will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will not be refunded but may be rescheduled at our discretion.

For group workshops and seminars, cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 3-7 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 3 days before the event.

Hokisvaz reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training session, workshop, or seminar due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

6. Conduct During Training

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner during all training sessions. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the session without refund.

Recording of training sessions is not permitted without prior written consent from Hokisvaz.

7. Limitation of Liability

The information provided during our training programs is for educational purposes only and should not be considered as financial, legal, or professional advice. Participants should consult with appropriate professionals before making any financial decisions.

Hokisvaz and its employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of our services.

In no event shall Hokisvaz's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or participating in our services.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Hokisvaz and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Ghana and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Hokisvaz.

Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are responsible for the content you post and its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
